Iwanna Wednesday

This past week while touring other blogs that were joining in on Mosaic Monday I came across a blog and instantly shouted (in my head) I want one of those, which of course is the reason I am known as Iwanna; because even on the Worldwide Web Iwanna most of the things I see. I don't like to limit myself to just retail stores.

I was visiting a fun blog called There's always thyme to cook. They were showcasing a mosaic of brownie making and Iwanna the pan that they used. The one in this photo . . .

Isn't that so cool? Single serving; like all cupcake pans, but squares. I didn't even know such things existed...why didn't anyone tell me? Why am I always the last to know!

So then I wondered what other awesome cupcake/muffin pans I might be missing out on and I went on a search and oh my gosh, Iwanna all of these as well, don't you?

A giant pan that makes just one cupcake...a giant one. A cute idea when baking with kids. It's kind of like frosting and decorating cookies, only it's just one cookie. Voila! Done much quicker.
Iwanna one!
And how about this one? Did you all know this one existed? You can bake cookies that look like fudgesicles! Hey, you know what else you could do with these? For Halloween how about Headstones? You could decorate them by writing R.I.P. on them. Iwanna one of these pans too, don't you?

And these would be great for the Fall/Thanksgiving season. A lovely leaf pan. There are so many things you could do with these. I wonder if you could do seasonal jello shots?

And these are perfect for this month's holiday...Halloween. I know Iwanna one of these. Dark chocolate cake with white frosting? And maybe red jelly candy eyes? Wouldn't these cupcakes be be fun to decorate?

Happy Iwanna Wednesday from the Iwanna Queen!

  1. Hi Alicia! I love this idea!! I didn't know these pans existed either! I LOVE the popsicle pan the best, I think. Now my wheels are turning for things to do when my grandson spends the night! Thanks...Debbie

  2. Those are cute baking tins....I'm not much of a baker, which is a shame because my mother (at 80 years of age) still bakes something almost every day.....guess I got her creative gene, not her baker's gene!! Anyway....I hope Iwanna gets some of her "wants"....they would make great x-mas presents.

  8. Iwanna the brownie cut outs too!
I have also seen one that looks like a long twisted rectangle. It makes every brownie have crispy edges.
    Great post!
