Everybody Loves Raymond! Do you love that show? I sure do. One of my favorite episodes is when Ray gets his parents a gift of the "Fruit of the Month Club". If you haven't see it, then watch it now, otherwise you might not understand my Iwanna Wednesday post today.
C'mon...it's only 2 minutes & 32 seconds of your life...watch it already!
Is that cute or what? I'm sorry I was so demanding in making you watch it, but it was for your own good!
I love Marie...she's such a drama queen. When I grow up Iwanna be Marie! Except for the cooking part, Iwanna someone to cook for me. Ok, but I digress, that's not what my Iwanna post is about today.
Can you guess by that little video clip what it might be? If you said Fruit of the Month Club you might be close. What Iwanna is an "Anything" of the Month Club, but not necessarily fruit. Cause baby, you should see all the really super cool Month Clubs deals are out there!
Iwanna a gift subscription to this one...The Organic Peanut Butter of the Month Club! Each month you receive a new gourmet flavor, flavors such as these; raspberry white chocolate, honey-roasted almond, and cinnamon currant peanut butter!
Or maybe Iwanna be a member of the Popcorn of the Month Club. Each month your get a freshly popped, gourmet flavor such as White Cheese, Chicago Style, Cool Ranch, Creamy Caramel, Butter Toffee, Bahama Mama, Salt & Vinegar, Butter Pecan or Dreamy Chocolate Drizzle!
You've all heard of the Book of the Month Club right? Well Iwanna be a member of that one! I love books and to have a new one delivered each month sounds just dandy to me! How about to you?
Iwanna can get really outrageous in the things she wants. Iwanna be really outrageous and be a member of the Lobster of the Month Club! Can you imagine receiving fresh lobster tails in season each month? I guess that's not so great if you don't love Lobster, but Iwanna do! Love Lobster I mean!
And because cooking those Lobsters each month might make my home smell just a tad less than fresh, how about a Candle of the Month Club? Iwanna be able to choose from any of these wonderful scents: Angel Food Cake, Apple Cider, Baked Apple Pie, Black Cherry, Blueberry, Mocha, Cappuccino, Carrot Cake, Celebration, Chocolate Mint, Chocolate Raspberry, Cinnamon Apple, cinnamon Cider, Cucumber Melon, Dark Chocolate, Eucalyptus, Evergreen Citrus, Fresh Brewed Coffee, Fresh Floral, Fresh Lemon, Gardenia, Gingerbread, Golden Delicious Apple, Granny Smith Apple, Green Tea, Green Tomatoes, Hazelnut Coffee, Honeydew Melon, Lavender, Magnolia, Mango Melon Delight, Mixed Berry, Mulberry, Muscadine, Orange Vanilla, Patchouli, Peach Nectar, Pear Glaze, Peppermint, Pink Grapefruit, Plumeria, Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Spice, Raspberry, Relaxation, Sandalwood, Serenity, Spiced Cookie, Spiced Pear, Strawberry, Strawberry Cheesecake, Strawberry Kiwi, Sunflower, Sweet Pea, Tropical Fruit, Vanilla, and White Rose...whew, that tired me out!
And my absolute favorite thing in the whole world? Salsa and chips of course, but especially the Salsa! Iwanna be a Lifetime Member of the Salsa of the Month Club ! Hard to find, premium salsas made with only the freshest, all-natural ingredients including green and red tomatoes, organic peppers, and juicy mangoes!
If you could wanna anything to receive once a month for a year, what would you Iwanna?
This may sound a bit "out there" but I can dream can't I? How about a Dance Instructor of the month club. They would come to our house and teach my husband and I a new dance each month! We have been into Country Western lately and having a blast!
ReplyDeleteLoved the "Raymond" episode...
Stay Cozy, Carrie
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
Thanks for adding me to your dashboard too! I will be sure to include you in my monthly drawings!
ReplyDeleteTake Care, Carrie
Iwanna have a heavy duty, deep tissue massage once a month! Now, I know some girls might prefer a "relaxing, put me to sleep massage", but I want my aching sore muscles deeply pummeled by a masseuse who uses an elbow or a balled fist to smooth out those kinked muscle fibers of mine! LOL
ReplyDeleteI haven't found too many female massage therapists who are strong enough to do this, though!
Thanks for always stopping by to visit, Alicia! Really appreciate it...
hugs, Sue
Iwanna housekeeper to come to my house once a month and deep clean! Fabulous idea! Cindy
ReplyDeleteHi Alicia! I have an award for you. Come over and check it out!

Another great Iwanna post. I've never heard of the candle a month club. That would be nicee.
ReplyDeleteI would like to receive a personal handwritten letter every month. Now, if there was a club for that I would be in heaven.
Alicia, I passed an award along to you on my blog today. :) I hope you accept.
I could definitely go for Peanut Butter of the Month Club. I never get tired of peanut butter. My favorite is on hot, buttered cinnamon toast -- with crunchy peanut butter. Yum!
ReplyDeleteBy the way, you have the best-named blog in the blogosphere. I love it!
Cheers!
I love the quote "what do you think we are invalids, we can't buy our own fruit!"Classic.
ReplyDeleteI want a day once a month to have a babysitter:)
Carrie @ Cottage Cozy - What a fabulous idea! I would love that as well. Especially after watching Dancing with the Stars! I so want to be on that show just to learn those dances and wear those costumes and lose some weight!
ReplyDeleteI love line dancing. How great that your husband goes with you. I am sans partner so I haven't been dancing in a long time.
Thanks for commenting and I'm glad you loved Raymond, cause Everybody loves Raymond!
Sue - Another great idea a Massage once a month sounds great. I've had a few massages and I always end up all full of bruises and sore muscles and that's from little tiny Asian women I can't imagine a male masseuse, he would kill me...lol.
ReplyDeleteBut great idea!
Cindy (Applestone Cottage)- B I N G O!!! Fantabulous idea, a housekeeper of the month. Love it, where do I sign up?
ReplyDeletesweetjeanette - An Award? For lil ol me? I'll be right over! Thanks
ReplyDeleteJarieLyn - You win the award for the sweetest and most romantic "of the month club" item. A handwritten letter huh? Who woulda thunk it? Great idea. I can't remember the last time I received one or wrote one!
ReplyDeleteAnd another award? Be still my heart...I'll be right over.
Jo - I'm going to try your recipe for eating peanut butter. It sounds delicious. I've had peanut butter on toast before, used to fix it all the time for my kids before they went to school, but on buttered cinnamon toast? No way! That is fabulous!
