I.m all for getting rid of those suckers with what ever means possible.<br /><br />We had to call the critter control guy to get the squirrels out of the fireplace flue. Cost me $100 9 years ago. I learned that I should just open up the front door, let whatever animal or bird hightail it for the door, and I remain $100 richer. It's probably way more expensive these days.<br /><br /> The neighbors must have thought I was nuts shooing birds and squirrels out the front door with my broom! LOL <br />I have since had a new stainlesa steel chimney cap installed. No more pests.
