But when my d...Trust me Pondside, I'm weak too! But when my doctor said I had to get my health back into control it frightened me. I have a lot of people depending on me and I can't let them down. Plus I was tired of being tired all the time. I'm 12 pounds lighter since Jan 3rd and I have quite a bit more energy. <br /><br />Just take baby steps, give up bread for a month, then give up sugar the next month along with the bread and you will see what a difference just that makes.
